Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment
Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer specifications
Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper functionality
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Create detailed service reports and documentation of work performed
Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in technology
Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service technician, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing equipment in the motor industry
Strong technical expertise in a variety of equipment types and brands
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Motor Industry experience Essential!!
