The Client Data Management Automation Test Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining automation projects, including REST service API testing, using RestSharp and SpecFlow with .NET, as well as leveraging Playwright and Selenium WebDriver for comprehensive testing solutions.



This role requires a strong understanding of Azure Pipelines and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of automated solutions.



Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using RestSharp, SpecFlow, Playwright, and Selenium WebDriver within the .NET environment. Conduct REST service API testing, ensuring robust validation of service endpoints and data exchanges. Collaborate with software developers and QA teams to identify automation needs and implement solutions that enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Utilise Azure Pipelines to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD process, ensuring reliable and timely execution of test suites. Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes, tools, and methodologies to align with industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to the development and testing process. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Document automation processes, test results, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain project transparency.

Experience, skill, and capability:

Proven experience in automation testing, with a focus on RestSharp , SpecFlow , Playwright, Selenium WebDriver , and REST service API testing in a .NET environment. Strong understanding of Azure Pipelines and experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows. Expertise in C# programming language and familiarity with object-oriented programming principles. Ability to work collaboratively with software development and QA teams to deliver high-quality automated solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing automation challenges. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
