You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, integrate sales tools and CRMs, and ensure smooth data flow. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize automated workflows to support business objectives. Build integrations between platforms to ensure accurate and efficient data synchronization. Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and scalability. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance process efficiency. Stay current with automation tools, best practices, and emerging technologies. Write and build documentation across all areas of automation work you touch helping document processes and SOPs.
Requirements

Proven experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n, HubSpot automations, etc.). Strong technical skills, including familiarity with scripting or development languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python). Understanding of API integrations and data management best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience implementing process automation in marketing, operations, or CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus. Ability to write thorough documentation on workflows, automations, and processes.
