Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation & DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. This role requires a hands-on professional with deep experience in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, container orchestration, and enterprise-grade observability. You will play a critical role in enabling fast, secure, and reliable software delivery pipelines and infrastructure at scale. Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar, Automate business workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, Deploy and maintain Docker containers and manage clusters using Kubernetes in production environments, Set up and optimize application monitoring using tools like Azure Application Insights, Prometheus, and Grafana, Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and system stability, Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, deployment, and infrastructure issues,
Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or Automation Engineering role, Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.), Demonstrated proficiency in RPA tools - specifically UiPath and Power Automate, Deep understanding of IaC practices using Terraform, Ansible, or similar, Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments, Practical knowledge of monitoring and telemetry tools: Azure App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, etc., Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python),
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or RPA platforms, Experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred), Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps practices
