Job Title:

Automation & Data Infrastructure Engineer (Full Stack Support)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated engineer who thrives at the intersection of automation, data infrastructure, and full stack development. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, enhancing data systems, and supporting our internal product development teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Automate Everything:

Identify repetitive or manual workflows across the organization and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and save time.

Support Data Infrastructure:

Maintain and optimize our data pipelines, storage, and processing systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and security of mission-critical data.

Full Stack Development Support:

Collaborate with the internal products team to provide backend, frontend, and database support, ensuring smooth feature delivery and resolving technical blockers. Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and dashboards for operational visibility and performance monitoring. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand technical needs and translate them into robust, maintainable solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack, from infrastructure to application logic.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automation scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and systems integration. Strong background in data engineering, database management, and/or analytics infrastructure. Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings.

Nice to Have:

Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi). Knowledge of modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.). Understanding of DevOps and site reliability best practices.
