A regional automation hub has been established to build and support RPA solutions, enabling the markets to be successful in their process automation journeys. The hub provides skilled automation specialists experienced in the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions.

What you'll be doing:

The Automation Consultant possess a unique blend of business and technical skill and will be responsible to provide delivery and solution support throughout the full RPA life cycle.

  • Partner with EMEA market regional teams to deliver and support their automation initiatives.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops to understand business pain points and identify and assess processes for automation opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and workflows to confirm where automation can be applied effectively.
  • Analyse business requirements and gather required data.
  • Compile and document business cases and business requirements documents for RPA solutions.
  • Formulate and design solutions that will meet the business requirements. Document solution designs.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the RPA solutions. Includes developing, integrating, testing, implementing, and supporting solutions.
  • Facilitate and maintain integrity of testing and business acceptance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to support the implementation of the process changes, provide training, and facilitate communication to ensure successful adoption and buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support after implementation, address issues and optimise solution.
  • Identify metrics to measure performance. Build performance dashboards to present metrics.
  • Ensure automation solutions comply with global policies and security controls.
  • Maintain a central repository of use cases that serve as a toolkit to accelerate RPA development.
What you'll need:
  • Demonstrating several working years of experience in analysing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using RPA tools (UiPath preferred)
  • Computer Science / Information Systems qualification or similar is advantageous.
  • UiPath Developer certifications is desirable.
  • Experience delivering and implementing multiple full life cycle RPA projects.
  • Proficient in workshop and requirements facilitation
  • Proficient with process analysis, assessments and mapping and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Experience with process modelling tools (e.g., Visio) is desirable.
  • Experience with Azure, API's, GitHub, Jira, Microsoft Power Platform, OCR and SQL is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and quality orientated.
  • Performance orientated with an aptitude for spotting improvements and business opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with different nationalities and cultural backgrounds in EMEA.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritise workload and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience working in a Centre of Excellence and/or building centralized services for cross market utilisation is advantageous.
  • Exposure to the advertising and media industry is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English
