Auto Trimmer
Job Description
The Auto Trimmer will create automotive products and conduct other interior work on vehicles. This role requires hands-on trimming expertise, sewing and strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, lead and mentor a team of auto trimmers, setting daily goals and monitoring progress
Perform high-quality trimming and upholstery work on various types of vehicle accessories
Review project specifications and ensure all work meets client and company standards
Train new team members and conduct ongoing skills development
Collaborate with managers to coordinate work schedules and resolve issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure team compliance
Manage inventory of materials and request supplies as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10000,00 - R18000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
