Manage the office and oversee all staff in a senior leadership capacity.
Manage client portfolios from inception to completion.
Lead business development initiatives to grow the client base.
Plan and execute external audits.
Manage, guide, and lead the audit team.
Review audit files and finalise audits for partner review.
Assist in managing SAICA trainees and ensuring training compliance.
Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships.
Assess staff performance and oversee staff development initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience
CA(SA) qualification.
Completed SAICA articles at a South African auditing practice.
2-4 years post-articles' experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Caseware and Pastel.
Valid South African driver's licence and own reliable transport.
