As an Audit Migration & Transformation Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering one of our key group-wide initiatives: a major migration project and shaping the future of our audit operations.
This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing offshore team, working closely with our UK hubs to ensure that legacy audit files from legacy systems are migrated accurately, efficiently and in line with audit methodology into our new, unified platform.
You'll take ownership of resource allocation, delivery oversight, and KPI monitoring to drive efficiency and maintain accuracy at every stage, acting as the go-to link between our hubs and the migration team, you'll ensure smooth coordination, clear communication and consistent high-quality outcomes.
As the role develops, you'll also have the chance to expand your remit, supporting engagement teams with audit planning, reviewing workpapers, coaching colleagues, and embedding consistent quality standards across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and deliver the migration of audit files across multiple UK hubs, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and to the highest standards.
Plan and manage resources effectively, balancing workloads and ensuring 100% utilisation within the team.
Lead the migration team day-to-day; assigning tasks, tracking deadlines, and maintaining clear, consistent reporting.
Provide feedback and coaching to strengthen quality, consistency and methodology adherence to the team.
Review completed migrations to ensure data integrity, completeness and compliance with methodology before handover.
Build trusted relationships with hub managers, proactively communicating updates, risks, and solutions.
Track and report on key KPIs, including utilisation, delivery progress and quality metrics, to the Head of Offshore Operations.
Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for increased efficiency.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Audit expertise: you understand working papers, risk assessment, consolidation structures, quality standards, and what a high-quality file looks like.
Project management skills: proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines and deadlines.
Tech-savvy: confident with audit software and Excel to drive accuracy and insight.
Qualified: a CA(SA), ACCA or similar qualification is a plus, not a prerequisite
Supportive Leadership:able to guide team members and uphold quality.
Analytical mindset: strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and process improvements and drive continuous improvement.
