Job Description

Source and develop new property leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.



Schedule and conduct meetings with property sellers to secure exclusive mandates for auction listings.



Present auction services and explain the benefits of the auction process to potential clients.



Collaborate with buyers to facilitate successful property sales through auctions.



Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the sales process.



Keep accurate records of client interactions, property details, and sales progress.



Work closely with the marketing team to promote auction listings and attract potential buyers.



Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity to maximize sales opportunities.



Matric



Real Estate Qualification



Drivers licence and own vehicle



Microsoft knowledge



Proven experience as an Estate Agent or Property Sales Consultant, preferably within an auction environment.



Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property valuation principles.



Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.



Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.



Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.



Must hold a valid Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).



Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is advantageous.
