Working hours:

Monday - Thursday 14:30 - 17:00

School holiday hours:

Same as above / Slightly Flexible(More hours may be required over the school holidays with prior notice and paid additionally)


A family is looking for an AU PAIR / TUTOR for their son

Area:

Sunningdale

Children's Ages:

10 year old (Grade 5) - ADHD

Child's Neurodivergence Snapshot:

Doesn't like doing homework, avoids work and crams the day before he it is due. Last minute .com. He gets good marks in the subjects he loves. He needs a lot of assistance in the foundational work

Support Style:

He needs to move around regularly, he needs regular breaks.Still looking for the right approach for him. He loves lego, fidget spinners, kicking the ball outsides.

Duties:

Collect from school, assist with daily homework, revising work he has done and going over any areas he may be struggling with, main focus on Afrikaans and Maths as these subjects have been his most challenging.

Special Requirements:

Female candidate. Someone who has experience working with ADHD children.

Start Date and contract term:

21 July - permanent

Salary:

R8000 - R9000pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

Must have a clear criminal record

Must have a passion for children

Must have Matric

Must have a South African ID document.
