A family that has recently relocated from Mauritius and needing assistance settling into the area will require an Au Pair to collect the children from school, transport to and from extra murals as well as therapies, ensure they kids have a healthy snack after school, change out of school clothes, provide guidance and supervise homework with tutoring in Afrikaans as both children are new to the language, minimise screen time in the afternoons by engaging in outdoor play educational stimulation, age appropriate play and fun activities, ensure bags are packed for the following dayRequirements:
Experience with ADHD would be beneficial but not necessaryStart date:
ASAP start - permanent contractSalary:
R9000 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
Must have a clear criminal record
Must have a passion for children
Must have Matric
Must have a South African ID document.
