Working hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 13:00 - 17:00 & Thursday 13:00 - 18:00 (Father travels for work, when he is back - the Au Pair won't be needed every day and as much but will still be paid the same salary)

School holiday hours:

Same as above / Slightly flexible


A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their 2 children

Area:

Saxonwold

Children's Ages:

10 year old (Grade 4) - Girl & 6 year old (Grade 0) - Boy

Working hours:

Duties:

Drop and Collect from school, take to extra-murals, assist with and supervise homework, engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, preparing snacks and meals, ad hoc shopping for the home, ensure bags are packed the next day. Son attends OT to work on fine motor skills and attention skills, no diagnosed neurodiverse needs.

Special Requirements:

21 - 27, Female, First Aid would be advantageous. Someone reliable and punctual as father travels a lot for work.

Start Date and contract term:

ASAP - permanent contract

Salary:

R9000pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

Must have a clear criminal record

Must have a passion for children

Must have Matric

Must have a South African ID document.
