Working hours: Mon - Fri: 13h00 - 18h00 + Adhoc morning assistance (if candidate is available)


A lovely family is looking for an Au pair for their 2 children



Area: Sunset Beach, Milnerton, Cape Town

Child's Age: 4 years - Boy and 7 years - Girl (Neurodivergent)

Child's Neurodivergence Snapshot: ADHS (sensory seeking/ deep pressure/ high energy), Struggles with change of routine, Autistic spectrum disorder level 1 (have to stick to what you've said, demand driven anxiety, structure and predictability is important)

Support Style: Deep pressure therapy, Being outside, Movement, Being, Safe zone (calm, quiet)

Working hours: Mon - Fri: 13h00 - 18h00 + Adhoc morning assistance (if candidate is available)

School holiday hours: This would be the same and in some cases, full day would be required (If candidate is available)

Duties: Taking to extra mural activities and Helping with homework; preparing lunches, snacks and sometimes dinner. Age appropriate stimulation/ activities

Special Requirements: Female, Someone kind and calm that has experience with Neurodiversity

Start Date and contract term: ASAP - permanent

Salary: R15,000 + SARS rates per km



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

*Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

*Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

*Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

*Must have a clear criminal record

*Must have a passion for children

*Must have Matric

*Must have a South African ID document.
