Monday to Friday: 13:30 - 17:30 (Weekends and evening babysitting on request - paid extra)


A lovely family is looking for an Au pair for their 3 children



Area: Faerie Glen

Children's Ages: 10 and 14 (Twins) years


Working hours: Monday to Friday: 13:30 - 17:30 (Weekends and evening babysitting on request - paid extra)

School holiday hours: same/similar to above

Live in or Live out: Sleepovers if required for work trips

Duties: Supervision of homework and studies (focus on Maths, English, Afrikaans), School and activity pick-ups and drop-offs (if required), Occasionally preparing light meals or snacks for children in the afternoons, Weekend babysitting when arranged in advance, Sleepovers when work trips occur, Emergency care when employer is unexpectedly called away

Special Requirements: Someone Patient and gentle, Emotionally stable and reliable, Christian faith and values-driven. Must be Friendly, loving, and caring. Highly organized with strong coordination skills. Able to manage routines, schedules, and school/extramural logistics. Tutoring experience (Must support structured learning and study routines). Non-smoker

School: TBC

Start Date and contract term: ASAP - permanent

Salary: R120 per hour (+-R10 400 per month) +R1600 per month for fuel



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

*Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

*Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

*Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

*Must have a clear criminal record

*Must have a passion for children

*Must have Matric

*Must have a South African ID document.
