Monday to Friday 1pm to 6pm

School holiday hours:

Same as above / Slightly flexible


A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their 2 children

Area:

Claremont

Children's Ages:

8 year old Boy (T1 Diabetic) & 13 year old girl

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 1pm to 6pm

Duties:

Collect from school, Take to extra-murals, Assist with and supervise homework, Run general family errands, Grocery shopping on your behalf, Engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, Prepare dinner for your family, Occasional Babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement)

Special Requirements:

Someone studying or qualified in a degree / diploma would be advantageous. Someone organised and efficient and able to manage the children's schedule and ad hoc requirements around the home. Some soft natured but firm when needed.

Start Date and contract term:

1 June - permanent contract

Salary:

R10 500 - R13 000 per month (Dependent on experience and qualifications) (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

Must have a clear criminal record

Must have a passion for children

Must have Matric

Must have a South African ID document.
