A lovely family is looking for an Au pair for their 2 children

Bryanston

Children's Ages:

Grade 6 - Boy (adhd and dysgraphia) and Grade 3 - Girl

Working hours:

School holiday hours:

same/ similar hours to above

Duties:

Get children ready for school in the mornings, Take to school in the mornings, Collect from school, Take to extra-murals, Assist with and supervise homework, Run general family errands, Grocery shopping on your behalf, Engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, Bathing your children, Prepare meals for your children, Prepare dinner for your family, Occasional Babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement)

Special Requirements:

Late 20s early 30s. Tertiary educated, special needs experience, kind, loving, nurturing, very well organized, creative, sporty, good cook, pro active

Grade 6 - boy child (adhd and dysgraphia). LOVES sports (rugby and cricket in particular. Needs a lot of guidance, self-assurance about his academic abilities. Needs a cheer leader with a lot of energy and preferably someone who has experience dealing with children with ADHD. Must be kind but firm. He is a smooth talker and will use shift blame easily. Has immense potential but lacks self-confidence. Grade 3 - girl. Academically strong, self-assured, loves reading and swimming. Self-starter - very self-aware and critical of herself. Needs nurturing spirit but one who will push her to be best version she can be.

Start Date and contract term:

Oct - permanent

Salary:

R14 000 - R15 000pm + SARS rates



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

*Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

*Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

*Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

*Must have a clear criminal record

*Must have a passion for children

*Must have Matric

*Must have a South African ID document.
