Monday - Friday: 13h00 - 17h00A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their daughter aged 8 years old and son aged 6 years old (just relocated from China and speak very little English)

The candidate will be responsible for all communication with the school and ensuring that the parents understand and stay informed, be responsible for ensuring that the translator (provided) is at all parent/teacher meetings, take the children to appointments, play dates, buy stationary, uniform etc. Candidate will be responsible for all duties directly related to both children, must have excellent communication skills, be organized and having a willingness to be supportive towards the children.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher that holds a TEFL or TESOL certification, Ideally have experience working with children who speak English as a second language.Start date:
Middle August 2025 start - permanent contractSalary:
Au Pair Experience with TEFL / TESOL certification:
R10 000 - R10 500 per month (gross - before deductions) plus SARS rate per km (R4.76).
Qualified Teacher with TEFL / TESOL certification:
R15 000 - R17 000 per month (gross - before deductions) plus SARS rate per km (R4.76).
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
Must have a clear criminal record
Must have a passion for children
Must have Matric
Must have a South African ID document.
