Minimum Requirements
xc2xb7 Admitted Attorney
xc2xb7 Minimum 6 years post admission experience, specialising in High Court Banking Litigation with specific focus on foreclosures and defended litigation in banking.
xc2xb7 Previous experience in working on AJS & Ghost Practice would be an advantage.
Experience Required
xc2xb7 Possess high court litigation experience.
xc2xb7 Possess a valid drivers license and own transport.
xc2xb7 Previous experience in managing his/ her own department would be an advantage.
xc2xb7 Previous experience in managing of junior personnel would be an advantage.
xc2xb7 Ability to manage a portfolio independently.
Skill Requirements
xc2xb7 Strong communication skills.
xc2xb7 Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
xc2xb7 Dynamic individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
xc2xb7 Able to forge and maintain excellent inter-personal relationships.
xc2xb7 Willing to work over-time if operational requirements so dictate.
xc2xb7 Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
