Attorney - Banking & Recoveries Litigation.
Qualification:
Grade 12
LLB Degree
Admitted as an Attorney.
Minimum Requirements:
Admitted Attorney with at least 3-4 years of post-admission experience in banking litigation and recoveries.
Proven expertise in handling matters involved:
Cheque account facilities.
Term loans.
Mortgage loans.
Instalment sale agreements.
Commercial property finance loans.
Strong litigation experience in the High Court is essential.
Drafting, managing, and executing litigation strategies for recovery matters.
Representing financial institutions in High Court proceedings.
Engaging with clients, counsel, and financial stakeholders.
Providing leadership and oversight to support staff and a candidate attorney.
Ensuring timely and cost-effective case resolutions.
