Job Summary A 5* luxury lodge with 50 rooms, restaurant and spa, seeks an experienced Asst Food and Beverage Manager the following specifications:- o Tertiary qualification o Minimum 3 years experience In a f&b supervisory level in 4 or 5 * lodge or boutique hotel operation with over 30 rooms, good wine and beverage knowledge o Good eye for detail and high standard of guest interaction Skills o Good knowledge of fine dining and guest services o Ability to manage and motivate a large team o Stable track record o Own vehicle and drivers licence An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
