About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Web (UX/UI) Strategist to join our User Engagement Strategy team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day strategic support across our client portfolio, translating insights into IA, user flows, test roadmaps, and implementation guidance. You will collaborate with design, development, and client strategy teams to ensure websites and digital experiences deliver measurable results while staying aligned with guidelines on accessibility, performance, and privacy.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in UX strategy, project management, analytics, and experimentation who wants to grow into a more senior web strategist role.
Key Responsibilities
Clarify goals, KPIs, scope, timeline, and dependencies for client requests
Use GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify problems (drop-offs, friction, rage clicks) and opportunities
Create sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes in Figma
Draft concise UX copy and CTAs that improve usability and conversions
Help manage and execute A/B/n tests in VWO (hypothesis, targeting, sample sizing, QA, reporting)
Maintain tracking accuracy, resolve data issues, and support accessibility, performance, and cross-device testing
Contribute to reporting dashboards and file management for performance visibility
How You'll Work
Reports to the User Engagement Strategy Team and Division Leadership
Focus mix: ~70% individual client requests, ~30% shared systems, patterns, and libraries
Partners: Development, SEO, Client Strategy, Content/Copy, and Design teams

Qualifications
2-3 years in web strategy, UX, or analytics (agency experience preferred)
Hands-on expertise with GA4/GTM, Microsoft Clarity, and VWO
Proficiency in Figma for wireframes and components
WordPress publishing; basic HTML/CSS/JS for tracking/debugging
Strong communication, prioritization, and documentation skills
Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and privacy basics (GDPR/CPRA)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time
