Want to be a part of our team? Assists CX Projects team and Professional Services project deliverables involving cross-functional teams. Supports plans and schedules as well as project deliverables. Supports Project Manager with programs/projects from initiation through delivery. Supports primary Project Manager with project activities and ensures communication and supports completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints

Working at NTT

Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

Supports Planning and coordinates aspects as determined by Primary Project Manager for supporting delivery of CX projects and supporting Primary Project Manager in initiatives working with key partners to deliver CX solutions. Align to overall solution governance and compliance as determined by CX Projects Director.

Junior IT Project Managers supports project or projects classified as standard or assists with complex projects alongside Primary Project Manager. They support Primary Project Manager from the original concept through to final implementation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supports Primary Project Manager and ensures that the project delivers the solution, remains within baselined budget, is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Supports Primary Project Manager across all aspects of the full life-cycle of the assigned projects.
• Supports client and stakeholder satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manages escalations to Primary Project Manager adequately.
• Supports Primary Project Manager to ensures the project meets its approved timeline, scope, quality, and cost targets.
• Supports the monitoring and tracking of project progress, actively supports Primary Project Manager to manage risks and issues.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

• Ability to work effectively with teams and individuals distributed globally across time zones and cultures
• Must support continuous improvement of Projects team, its products, and processes
• Ability to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other Project dysfunctions, and then escalate as required
• A proactive person who is able to operate independently for basic Project deliverables and as part of a team for more complicated Project initiatives

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited college/university
• Exposure to Project Management, Application Dev, Cloud technologies, Data Analytics, IT System Design etc. would be advantageous

Required Experience:

• Basic work experience or IT Graduate looking for opportunity to put theoretical knowledge in to practice in a dynamic Tech and Services environment focused on innovation
