SUMMARY:
Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys Incorporated, an award-winning law firm, located in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban, is looking for an Associate to join the MBA Incorporated Labour and Employment Law team.
POSITION INFO:

Ambitious, talented, and hard-working Associate who will help contribute to the success of MBA Inc.
Required Qualifications, Experience and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes):

LLB or LLM Degree.
Admitted Attorney.
Minimum of 5 years post admission experience.
High Court Right of Appearance.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Represent clients in the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA), Bargaining Councils, Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court.
Advise clients on all aspects of labour and employment law, including unfair dismissal, retrenchment, discrimination, collective bargaining and workplace compliance.
Conducting internal investigations, disciplinary hearings, and assisting with compliance audits.
Conduct legal research and produce clear, concise memoranda and opinions.
Support business development initiatives, including drafting proposals and attending client meetings.
Excellent Communication (written and verbal) Skills.
Emotional Intelligence.
Interpersonal Skills.
Presentation Skills.
Research Skills.
Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.

Required Attributes:

Adaptable and organised.
Must be able to work on different projects simultaneously.
Extreme attention to detail.
Willing to work extra hours in a high-pressured environment.
