Join us and letxe2x80x99s get started.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we believe in each personxe2x80x99s potential, and wexe2x80x99ll help you reach yours.Role & Responsibilities: You will be working on geometric designs of roads / highways, but also utilizing your civil engineering transportation skills to work on projects.Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Infraworks design software packages: Ability to do concept and detail design for multi-disciplinary geometric design projects specifically road and railway geometric design in Civil 3D, including highway design and urban interchange design, as well as general transportation project inputs;Calculate and compile schedule of quantities;Assist with standard setting and be responsible for quality assurance of products i.e. drawings and reports.Compilation of tender documentation including quantities and cost estimatesAssisting in projects as required.Report writing and presentation skills. Compliance with ISO standards of the company Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for teamProvides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.Prepares technical specification sections.Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Energetic, hardworking, self-motivation, willing to work extra mile.Client focussed.Collaborative working.Leadership skillsExcellent communications skills.Proactive approach to work load planning with the ability to meet deadlines.
