Job Summary
Requirements:
Bachelors of Law - LLB Degree
3 to 5 years post admission experience
Sound knowledge of the National Credit Act
Experience in Home Loans and Collections, highly beneficial
Duties:
Managing staff in the team
Liaising with clients
Drafting and perusing of letters pertaining to demands / summonses / notices and applications
Attending court when needed
Briefing Counsel
Critical is the Right of Appearance
