Assistant Restaurant Manager - Hout Bay
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at a busy restaurant based in Hout Bay.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
Supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service
Handling opening and closing procedures
Managing stock, orders, and basic admin duties
Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues professionally
Requirements:
Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Own reliable transport (essential)
Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends
Trustworthy, organised, and hands-on
Working Hours:
6 days per week
Normal restaurant operating hours
Salary:
R17500 - R20,000 per month, depending on experience
