Assistant Wellness Manager - Luxury Safari & Wellness Lodge - Hoedspruit Limpopo
Our client, an exclusive luxury safari and wellness lodge located in the Hoedspruit area of Limpopo, is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Wellness Manager to join their wellness team. This role supports the Wellness Manager and will take full responsibility for the Wellness Centre during periods of leave. It is ideally suited to a senior therapist with strong leadership ability, a holistic mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional wellness experiences to high-end, international guests.
This is a live-in position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a premium wellness-focused hospitality environment.
Salary: R16 000 per month

Description
The Assistant Wellness Manager will assist with the daily operation of the Wellness Centre, ensuring all treatments, facilities, and guest interactions meet the lodge's high standards.
You will be hands-on in delivering wellness treatments, hosting guests when required, teaching yoga sessions, and supporting boutique retail sales.
When the Wellness Manager is on leave, you will oversee full departmental operations including staff supervision, stock management, guest bookings, and service delivery.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of therapists while maintaining a calm, nurturing environment.
You will work closely with Front of House, Kitchen, and Management teams to ensure a seamless guest journey and uphold the lodge's holistic wellness philosophy.
Minimum Requirements

• CIDESCO or ITEC qualification
• Proven experience as a Senior Spa / Wellness Therapist
• Ability to perform a wide range of wellness treatments and lead yoga sessions
• Previous exposure to management duties (staff supervision, stock control, guest management)
• Own vehicle and valid driver's licence
• Available end January / February
• Non-smoker; no pets
• Willing to attend an on-property interview and practical
