The Assistant Supplier Relations role supports the effective management, coordination, and enhancement of relationships with suppliers and outsourced service partners within South Africa and Africa. Acting as the first point of contact for escalations,particularly those caused by non-feedback, delays, or service failures,the role is responsible for driving SLA adherence and reducing service deviations to a minimum. This position provides critical support to operational departments, ensuring timely communication, swift issue resolution, and consistent service delivery. The Assistant Supplier Relations role also assists with performance tracking, administrative management of supplier accounts, invoicing updates, and maintaining compliance with company SLA standards. Additionally, the role contributes to identifying improvement opportunities and strengthening supplier capabilities in support of broader organizational goals.
