- Matric
- Previous Telcom work: Preferred
- Advanced excel: Preferred
- Retail operations: Preferred but not required
- Managerial: Minimum 1 year managerial experience Does not have to be in cellular
- Experience in sales
- New contract sales and up selling on upgrades
- Sim swaps and handling customer queries
- Fiber sales
- Meet and exceed all sales targets
- Identify clients needs and respond to them
- Improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Insure every customer receives the best customer service experience
