Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique. The Store Manager will handle cashier duties, ensure excellent customer service, and manage the overall functioning of the store to achieve sales and service goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate the cash register, handle customer payments, and manage daily cash reconciliation. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and queries. Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure displays are attractive and well-organized. Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving store targets. Train, guide, and supervise staff (if applicable). Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:

Previous retail or boutique management experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Cash handling and basic administrative skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Trustworthy, professional, and well-presented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R4000,00 - R5000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Fordsburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Sales : 2 years (Required)
