You will help manage the day-to-day operations of a 24-hour restaurant, including room service, mini bars, and poolside dining. You'll work closely with the team to ensure excellent service and smooth operations at all times.
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
Supervise and motivate the team
Ensure high guest satisfaction and service standards
Help manage stock, staff scheduling, and training
Deal with guest feedback and solve problems quickly
4+ years' experience in a restaurant or hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisor/management role
Hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification (preferred)
Good computer skills (MS Office; experience with POS systems is a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead a team and handle pressure
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Between 5 - 7 Years
