We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Breakfast Manager to join our prestigious restaurant in Sea Point. This is an exceptional opportunity for hospitality professionals passionate about delivering outstanding breakfast experiences.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee and manage daily breakfast operations, ensuring smooth service during morning shifts. Coordinate effectively between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage orders, and foster strong supplier relationships. Serve as a visible presence on the floor to engage with guests and support staff. Communicate operational successes and challenges directly with the General Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements



Strong administrative and organizational skills. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a reputable hospitality establishment. Proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, with a keen understanding of breakfast offerings. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
