Job Summary
Please note this position is based in the Middle East- Saudi Arabia- All relocation Costs will be covered
To support the daily operations of the pharmacy by assisting with the dispensing of medications, managing stock levels, handling administrative duties, and providing excellent customer service under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and efficiently
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and inventory control of pharmaceutical products
Monitor stock levels and assist in placing orders for replenishment
Handle patient inquiries and provide guidance on the proper use of medication (as per pharmacist's instructions)
Ensure all prescriptions are checked for accuracy and completeness
Support pharmacy administration duties such as data entry, stock records, invoicing, and filing
Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and organized pharmacy environment
Assist in preparing reports related to pharmacy operations
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising pharmacist
Qualifications & Experience Requirement Description Education Diploma in Business Administration Experience Minimum of 2 years in a pharmacy or healthcare setting Language Proficiency Proficient in English (written and verbal); other local languages are a plus Key Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with pharmacy software and stock control systems
Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of medications and pharmacy procedures (training will be provided if required)
