The Merchandise Administrator II is responsible for managing price changes and ensuring accurate updates. They communicate with stores via Yoobic for various updates and instructions, handle JDA management, and process replacement orders and manage ITSM tickets. They also resolve unmatched invoices, load styles into the system, generate weekly supplier reports, and handle ad hoc reporting requests. Additionally, they analyse good and poor performing styles and monitor the performance of promotional styles.
Key Responsibilities:
Price changes
Yoobic communication to stores
JDA management i.e. adding & removing of stores and attributes
Replacement orders
ITSM
Manual payments to stores and suppliers
Unmatched invoices
Loading of styles
Weekly Supplier Reports
Ad hoc reporting requested
Managing the department mailbox
Store & order queries
Good and poor performing styles analysed
Performance monitored on promotional styles
Data checked for inconsistencies
Verbal and written reporting, coherent, relevant and accurate
Effective interpretation and understanding of the interrelationship between data variables
Optimal use of systems ensured
Any concerns addressed with the relevant people
Feedback given on an on-going and structured basis to customers and external suppliers
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric is essential
1-2 years of experience in the same or similar role
Knowledge of internal systems would be advantageous
Skills:
Good Excel & Microsoft Office skills
Must be able to be proactive and attention to detail is important
