Position: Mechanic / Assistant Technician

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on mechanic with a strong work ethics, sober habits and eagerness to learn.

The successful candidate will assist in completing breakdowns both at our workshops and on-site.

Candidate must be able to work both independently and alongside our current technicians. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles and equipment -- including light and heavy-duty vehicles, earth-moving machinery, and generators; Collecting and/or delivering parts, gearboxes, engines etc; Cleaning and maintaining BKV vehicles, workshops, equipment and tools.
You must be able to work efficiently, take initiative, and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Clear and honest communication with both team members and customers is essential.

Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8000,00 - R14000,00 per month

Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Mechanical experience on cars or trucks: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
