An exclusive hospitality group in Cape Town is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
Salary: R35,000 per month (CTC)
Contract: 3-6 months
Description
- Manage all aspects of public relations, including media liaison, influencer engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with hospitality partners and industry leaders.
- Plan and coordinate events and entertainment that enhance guest and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with artists, performers, and cultural entities to create memorable activations.
- Ensure that all marketing and promotional materials are consistent with the company's brand identity and tone.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
- Utilise data insights and customer feedback to guide future campaigns and elevate the visitor experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing management within the hospitality, retail, or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record in campaign management, PR initiatives, and brand activations across diverse markets.
- Excellent communication, creative, and organisational skills.
