Prior experience in hotel reservations, front desk operations, or hospitality management.
Valid drivers license and own vehicle essential.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Leadership qualities with a team-oriented approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the hotels reservation system, ensuring accurate and efficient booking of rooms.
Handle guest inquiries, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and online.
Assist in front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Welcoming and hosting guests.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Support the management team with daily operations, staff supervision, and training initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, revenue reports, and occupancy rates.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
