Description:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in daily operations across multiple departments, including the Fuel station, Truck Stop, OK Express, Patriot Coffee shop, Kroonplaas Restaurant, Farm Stall and accommodation units.
Responsibilities:
Reconciling daily cash and card transactions Balancing accounts Managing inventory and procurement Coordinating bookings and maintenance for accommodation units Ensuring regulatory compliance Compiling staff schedules Report writing Supplier communication General administrative duties
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field At least 3 years of relevant management experience A hands-on, proactive approach The ability to manage multiple responsibilities across different business units Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential T The ability to work long hours under pressure in a dynamic, multi-functional environment
