Eastern Cape, Port ElizabethMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)Our client in the Agricultural industry, based in Port Elizabeth, is currently looking to employ an Assistant Manager: Infrastructure and Trade.An exciting career opportunity awaits you!Requirements:

  • A National Senior Certificate or higher.
  • An appropriate degree or diploma or a minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a managerial position is required.
  • A code B driversxe2x80x99 licence.
  • Computer literacy with excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills will be a pre-requisite.
  • A good working knowledge of social media platforms as well as the creating and uploading of content.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Research and development of operational plans to address the numerous infrastructural and economic issues faced by commercial farmers.
  • Lead and motivate support staff to develop a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee activities relating to the operations of the Infrastructure and Trade Committee of the organisation to ensure desired results consistent with the overall strategy.
  • Manage engagements and communication between our affiliated members and the activities of this functional committee to ensure adequate support to these members.
  • Engage and build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.
