QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Relevant NQF 5 (240 Credits) Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or Social Sciences or related
Minimum 2 years relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Good understanding of Labour Legislation (Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act) will be advantageous.
Relevant Experience in general HR management including Recruitment & Selection, Industrial Relations, Employment Equity, Succession, Retention and Career planning, Performance management and Manpower planning.
Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) is essential.
SAP experience is preferable.
