We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences, personalized service, and the latest in high-end fashion. We are seeking a motivated and fashion-forward Assistant Manager to help lead our team and maintain our brand's standard of excellence.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, team leadership, and customer service. This role combines hands-on sales with management responsibilities to ensure smooth store operations, achievement of sales targets, and a polished store image consistent with the brand.

Basic Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily store operations and staff performance. Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets. Motivate, train, and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional service. Ensure store visual presentation and merchandising meet luxury brand standards. Handle client relationships, resolve customer issues professionally, and promote repeat business. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with head office for replenishment. Prepare and submit sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics. Maintain store security, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures. Represent the brand image by maintaining a professional appearance, including appropriate grooming and makeup standards.
Other Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role(luxury fashion or accessories preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Polished, stylish, and professional appearance. Passion for fashion and knowledge of designer brands. Ability to work flexible retail hours (including weekends and holidays). Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic reporting tools.
