JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting an intimate lodge in Limpopo that is in search of a highly experienced ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT COUPLE to join their team. Experience & Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent beneficial.
- A minimum of 8 yearxe2x80x99s work experience xe2x80x93 ideally the last 4 years in a well-recognized world-class * Lodge or Hotel.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain exceptionally high standards.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and PMS systems.
- Highly guest centric
- Strong Communication skills both written and spoken in English.
- Ability to train, developmental and mentor staff members.
- Patience, and good organizational skills
- Up to date with International Hospitality trends.
- Good general Maintenance skills
- Stable Employment History and Contactable References
