Assistant Lodge Manager - Luxury Safari Lodge | Greater Kruger
Salary: R25,000 (Live-In)
Meals on Duty | Provident Fund Contribution
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Lodge Managerfor a prestigious luxury safari lodge located in the Greater Kruger area. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and thrives in a remote, nature-based environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar lodge management or supervisory role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent guest relations and communication abilities
Operational knowledge across front of house, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively
Must have at least an understanding of Afrikaans
A relevant hospitality qualification is beneficial
Package Includes:
Salary: R25,000 per month
Live-in accommodation
Meals while on duty
Provident fund contribution
