Support the Lodge Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily lodge operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervise and motivate staff across housekeeping, food and beverage, and front-of-house departments. Coordinate guest activities and excursions, ensuring memorable and personalised experiences for all guests. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the property. Assist in administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and inventory management. Handle guest relations professionally, respond promptly to queries and requests, and resolve issues efficiently. Train; mentor, and develop team members to uphold the lodge's reputation for excellence. Contribute to the achievement of operational goals, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction targets. Previous experience in hospitality management, strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
