Job Summary Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Assistant Management Couple 5* Beach lodge- Wild Coast, Eastern Cape A position has just opened for a Guide type and Manager couple at a stunning Beach Lodge on the Wild Coast. The couple must have good experience (5 years +) in luxury lodges with a background in hands on Management and Guiding. A great opportunity for a versatile management couple to become an excellent addition to a wonderful intimate team. Strong Remote/Rural experience needed. Requirements: ? Assistant Manager: Good computer skills / social media and marketing Good Office administration skills Exceptional Guest Relations skills (hands on hosting skills) Ability to think on the spot Experienced all-rounder in Lodge Operations Overseeing various departments (kitchen/housekeeping, etc.) Guide: Qualified Game Ranger/Field Guide with FGASA Level 1 Valid Skippers License with beach launch experience Valid RSA Driver's License with a public driver's permit (PDP) Basic Maintenance skills Excellent guest relations skills- help with hosting and FOH Attention to detail. Reliable and adaptable Package: Salary: R30 000- R35 000 (for the couple) D.O.E Live-in accommodation (cannot accommodate children/pets) Other Company Benefits Start date: Feb/ March 2026
