Overview (Area:) Durban (Salary:) Market Related (Ref: AN) Our client seeks to employ an Assistant HR Manager at their offices in Durban. Reporting to the National HR Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering effective and solid H.R./I.R. support nationally as well as providing strategic advice, guidance and leadership across the business on all areas of Human Resources such as staffing, recruiting, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations and engagement. Candidates must have at least 5 to 10 yearsxe2x80x99 managerial experience in IR, CCMA (representation at Arbitrations) as well have extensive knowledge on Labour Legislation. Experience with large employee compliments (+/- 5000) within a unionized environment is preferable. Matric and a relevant Degree/Diploma (H.R. Management, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology), must have solid Computer Proficiency, a Driverxe2x80x99s License Code 08 and own reliable vehicle.
