ASSISTANT HR MANAGER (SECURITY)(Area:) Durban(Salary:) Market Related(Ref: AN)Our client seeks to employ an Assistant HR Manager at their offices in Durban.Reporting to the National HR Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering effective and solid H.R./I.R. support nationally as well as providing strategic advice, guidance and leadership across the business on all areas of Human Resources such as staffing, recruiting, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations and engagement.Candidates must have at least 5 to 10 yearsxe2x80x99 managerial experience in IR, CCMA (representation at Arbitrations) as well have extensive knowledge on Labour Legislation. Experience with large employee compliments (+/- 5000) within a unionized environment is preferable.Matric and a relevant Degree/Diploma (H.R.
