What You'll Do

Support daily hotel operations to ensure consistent delivery of world class service. Work closely with departmental teams to implement policies, processes and service standards. Monitor equipment usage and stock consumption to improve efficiency and minimise waste. Maintain systems that record and communicate guest preferences with accuracy and privacy. Attend operational meetings and stay fully informed of hotel and departmental developments. Provide daily guidance across Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B. Support a positive, engaged work culture through coaching and clear communication. Conduct performance appraisals and assist with disciplinary processes when required. Liaise with suppliers to ensure high quality service delivery. Assist with budget preparation and ensure stock levels meet operational needs. Manage rosters, attendance and leave to control staffing costs. Oversee Night Auditors to ensure accurate financial procedures. Perform regular float checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Train teams on SOPs and ensure procedures remain up to date. Identify and act on opportunities for quality and service improvement.

What You'll Need

Minimum 5 years experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role. Hospitality or tourism qualification beneficial. Strong operational knowledge across hotel departments. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to remain calm, organised and solutions focused under pressure. Strong financial acumen and understanding of hotel controls. Proficiency in MS Office with experience in Protel advantageous. Valid driver's licence. High levels of personal integrity and professionalism.
