As Assistant General Manager, you will be a key operational partner to the General Manager, ensuring seamless performance across all departments--front office, F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and wellness. You'll help lead by example in guest relations, quality standard enforcement, and team motivation, always maintaining the hotel's intimate and luxury service ethos.
Your role will include daily oversight of operations, stepping into departmental duties when needed, managing staff training, assisting with budget oversight and cost control, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring that guest feedback is handled promptly and professionally. You will also be involved in creating work schedules, implementing service standards, and ensuring that every guest's stay is personalised and memorable.

3-5 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably in boutique or luxury properties
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
